This book is a great starting place

This book is a great starting place, but is missing MANY common conditions. I bought this book as an adjuct to my NP books while in school and I find that often when I look up a condition, it's not even listed in the book. This is a great starting place for diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory diseases, but must be accompanied by more in depth text. Good resource for SOAP notes while in school.
